Product Design Leader who builds systems that amplify human judgment
I studied HCI at Carnegie Mellon because I couldn't stop asking why software keeps failing the humans it's supposed to serve. I'm still asking the same question in different rooms. I added coaching certification because behavior change is a design problem. I learned to build AI systems by hand because the only way to design something well is to understand how it breaks.
That's shown up as research infrastructure for NIH-funded cohort studies, conversational systems for caregivers navigating crisis, and agentic pipelines where human judgment stays in the loop. The hardest problems I've solved weren't technical. They were about what a person in a difficult moment can actually hold.
