I combine HCI training from Carnegie Mellon with coaching frameworks and hands-on AI development. I help organizations make smart decisions about AI — when to build, when to buy, and whether they're ready for either.
My work sits at the intersection of behavioral science and agentic systems — designing not just what AI does, but how it behaves with people over time. I've built tools out of real need, studied the human systems software is supposed to serve, and learned that the hardest design problems aren't technical.
